Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Inofarm Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the “Merchant”, and users of the website www.innovaherb.com, hereinafter referred to as “Users”.

Definitions
Site - www.innovaherb.com and all its subpages.
User - any natural person who acquires goods not intended for commercial or professional activity, acting outside the scope of their trade or professional activity.
General Terms and Conditions - these Terms, including conditions of use, cookies, registration rules, delivery terms, voluntary dispute resolution, cancellation forms and any other legally significant information on the Site.
Goods - movable tangible property.
Sales contract - a contract under which the Merchant transfers or undertakes to transfer ownership of goods to the User, and the User pays or undertakes to pay the price.
Services Provided
On the Site, Users may conclude contracts for the purchase and delivery of goods offered by the Merchant on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Products offered are intended for natural and legal persons. Consumer protection rules, including cancellation rights, apply exclusively to natural persons acting as consumers under the Consumer Protection Act.
Orders
Users use the website interface to conclude sales contracts and arrange delivery. The Merchant may deliver within Bulgaria and abroad where indicated.
A sales contract is deemed concluded from the moment the Merchant confirms the order.
If a product is out of stock, the Merchant reserves the right to refuse the order.
After selecting products, the User adds them to their basket, provides delivery details, selects a payment method and confirms the order.
On placing an order, the User receives email confirmation.
The Merchant has the right to refuse to contract with an incorrect User - including where the User has breached these Terms, behaved inappropriately towards Merchant representatives, or engaged in systematic abuse.
Prices
Prices are those listed on the website at the time of ordering, except in cases of obvious error.
Prices include VAT where applicable. Inofarm Ltd. is VAT-registered, VAT number BG208452963.
The Merchant reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Such changes will not affect orders already placed.
The Merchant may provide discounts in various forms (promotions, loyalty discounts, individual offers). Different types of discounts cannot be combined on the same product.
Payment
The User may pay by: bank card or payment operator card; cash on delivery or postal money order; bank transfer; PayPal; or cash in-store. The Merchant reserves the right to introduce additional payment methods.
Bank payments are deemed complete upon receipt in the Merchant’s account, accompanied by sufficient information to identify the order.
Right of Cancellation & Returns
The User has the right to cancel the contract without stating a reason, without penalty, within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The User has no right of cancellation for goods covered by an explicit exclusion under the Consumer Protection Act.
The User acknowledges that products offered on the website, once opened, fall under Article 57(1) of the CPA - sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed after delivery.
The User must return goods at their own expense together with the receipt and invoice (if applicable) within 14 days of exercising cancellation.
Returned goods must be in original packaging, unused and in original commercial condition.

Warranties & Claims
The User has the right to make a claim for any non-conformity of the goods with what was agreed, discovered after delivery.
Any non-conformity that appears within 6 months of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery, unless proven otherwise.
A claim for a consumer product may be submitted up to two years from delivery, but no later than two months after discovering the non-conformity.
The Merchant shall remedy a justified claim within one month of it being submitted.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in materials and resources on the Merchant’s website (including available databases) are protected under the Copyright and Related Rights Act and belong to the Merchant or the respective rights holder. They may not be used in violation of applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
The Merchant will notify Users of any changes within 7 days via the email address provided by the User.
If a User disagrees with changes, they have the right to cancel the contract within one month of receiving notification, without penalty.
Applicable Law
All matters not covered by these General Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
