How Delivery Works
Place your order and select a delivery method.
You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Your order is dispatched and on its way.
Collect or receive your order at the chosen delivery location.
Delivery Terms
Delivery is carried out by a third-party courier service. Orders are delivered to the User’s specified address within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and abroad, unless otherwise stated for a specific product.
Delivery costs are borne by the User, unless the Merchant has explicitly stated different conditions in the website interface. The Merchant reserves the right to offer promotional conditions under which delivery costs are covered.
The Merchant is not liable for non-fulfilment of an order where the User has provided incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate personal data, including an incomplete, inaccurate or fictitious address or telephone number.
Dispatch takes place no later than 3 working days from the moment of order and payment completion (where payment is not made on delivery). In exceptional circumstances, the Merchant reserves the right to extend the delivery period, informing the User in a timely manner.
If the ordered product is unavailable, processing may be delayed; the Merchant will notify the User by phone or in writing and offer a revised delivery date or the option to cancel.
Ordered goods are delivered against signature. The User must inspect the goods at the time of delivery and notify the Merchant immediately of any discrepancies, missing items or damage. Failure to do so constitutes unconditional acceptance of the delivery.
The Merchant reserves the right to change available delivery methods and payment conditions at any time by updating the website.
